Virtualmech develops embedded software for the real-time evaluation of the safety of railroad vehicles

Computational simulation of the dynamics of railway vehicles including: vibration analysis, comfort, stability, curve behavior, gait safety, vehicle-rail interaction, accident reconstruction.
Based on experimental tests for the measurement of accelerations, angular velocities, deflection of suspensions and relative movements, both displacements and angular, of the vehicle with respect to the track.
A geometric auscultation of tracks from vehicle in motion is realized with own technology based on inertial sensors and artificial vision. Measurement of geometric irregularities, wear of rails and dynamic response of the vehicle.
